Cornville Property Management is the Verde Valley practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage. The family built a property management business in Los Angeles before relocating to Arizona in 2020, and the Verde Valley connection is personal — our roots are in Cornville and Sedona.
Cornville is not an expansion market for us. It is where the family is from, which is why we can manage acreage properly out here — knowing the trades who will drive out, the roads that wash out, and what a well pump costs before it fails.
We manage across thirty-seven Arizona markets. This one is home.
We joined the Greater Verde Valley Chamber of Commerce because this is where our family is from and where a meaningful share of our management sits. We are also members of the Scottsdale Area Chamber, which is where the rest of the business lives.
